No minimal limit of duration of stays: our rule of reservation to the night applies systematically
A simplification of the offer for its good visibility between:
a formula full fare known as “hotel”
garaged a formula known as “residential”, starting from 3 nights.
The “hotel” formula is directed general public, whereas the second concerns customers more targeted such as: companies, associations, groups,...
In both cases we purely associate with the offer “lodging” the supply of conference rooms and the possible organization of events being able to lead to the privatization of the Residence.
