1) From Highway A8 (distance : 7.7 km)

Take the exit “Nice Centre Promenade des Anglais”, then the Bd Georges Pompidou for 300 meters. Go under the bridge and take left on the Promenade des Anglais (*). Continue on the Promenade des Anglais for 5.5 Km. Take left on Rue Andrioli for 130 meters, turn right on Rue de France for 90 meters and left on Rue St Philippe then again left on Avenue des Fleurs. The Residence Nice Fleurs is on your left 300 meters away.

2) From the Airport (distance : 7.1 km)

Same itinerary than from the highway starting at (*) By bus, take the 98 or 23 Gare Routière’s direction and stop at Gambetta.

3) From the train station (distance : 1.3 km)

Take right on Avenue Thiers for 500 meters. Turn left on Boulevard Gambetta for 450 meters. Turn right on Avenue des Fleurs. The Residence Nice Fleurs is on your left, 350 meters away. By bus, take line 12 and get down at corner of Avenue des Fleurs and Gambetta.
